Lead Generator (Upwork direction)
- Research and outreach pools of potential clients in professional networks and other platforms within focus markets, and campaigns.
- Work on Upwork will be one of your main tasks.
- Identify key decision-makers.
- Also you will be working with LinkedIn, Direct email outreach.
- Create fully custom messages due to the client’s requirements and type of company(according to company size, funding stage, company product, etc).
What we are expecting from you:
- Understanding the specifics of IT business and industry in general.
- 6+ months of experience on similar positions and with Upwork (IT direction).
- Intelligent person with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Experience with CRMs like (Zoho/HubSpot).
- Experience with Linked Helper, Snow.io (email service) and Expandi.
- Understanding / Working with marketing strategy.
- Establish partnerships with other companies for further cooperation.
- Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, creative person, pationed and responsible.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Crunchbase and Clutch.
- Conducting the first calls with potential clients and the desire to further develop in this.
- Full-time workload on remote basis.
- Convenient work schedule (possibility to start the working day between 9.00 and 11.00).
- Paid vacation (15 working days per year) and sick leaves (5 working days per year).
- The probationary period is 3 months.
